Perusahaan yang beroperasi jam kerja 24 jam mempunyai tugas berat dalam menentukan jadwal shift kerja. Selain memberikan layanan terbaik untuk pelanggan setiap waktu, dan memiliki segmen pasar khusus. Untuk melakukan produktivitas optimal diperlukan jadwal shift kerja yang teratur bagi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memecahkan permasalahan pengelolaan jadwal kerja menggunakan algoritma genetika disalah satu perusahaan konektivitas penyedia jaringan internet yang secara manual membuat jadwal dengan bantuan microsoft excel dengan pertimbangan bahwa setiap karyawan memiliki shift kerja berbeda untuk setiap bulannya. Aplikasi ini menggunakan Unified Modeling Language sebagai model dari sistem penjadwalan shift kerja yang bertujuan untuk pengembangan sistem bisa dilakukan secara maksimal. Hasil dari implementasi perhitungan algoritma genetika menggunakan variabel waktu shift, variabel hari, variabel nama karyawan tidak ditemukan permasalahan penjadwalan shift kerja begitu juga setelah dirancang menggunakan aplikasi penjadwalan shift kerja muncul penjadwalan sistem secara otomatis dengan acuan permasalahan yang sudah bernilai value 0

Security is very important everywhere, including in the campus environment. To provide security and comfort for those who park their vehicles, a parking application is needed that can provide vehicle security while undergoing academic activities on campus. QR code (Quick Response Code) is a technology for converting written data into a two-dimensional code, which is printed on a more compact medium capable of storing various types of data. The most common individual part used to identify a person is the face because it has the unique characteristics of everyone. Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) is a feature extraction used for face identification based on histogram of gradient orientation and gradient magnitude. This application is implemented using the Dlib library for facial recognition. The implementation of this method is expected to improve parking security and provide a record of parked vehicles. The results of testing the implementation of facial recognition methods into android applications show very satisfactory results. With the results of testing the QR code scanning accuracy of 100% and an accuracy of 90% for a 7% damage rate and an accuracy of 85% for a 15% damage rate, and the results of facial recognition testing of 90% on face photos wearing helmets and an accuracy of 92% on photo of face without helmet.

Today's technology has developed rapidly. One application of technology is in the parking lot. Most parking lots in Indonesia can already recognize the vehicle plate image, but it is hoped that it can be even better by applying Internet of Things (IoT) technology that is integrated with facial recognition images. One of the parking problems is in the parking lot at the Sumatran Institute of Technology, where checking is still done manually by security officers. This of course will take time and the level of security is also not good, because when you enter there is no checking. Checks are only carried out at the time of exit and the officer who checks is not necessarily the same and memorized as the owner of the vehicle. The addition of this facial image recognition feature is expected to increase the security of the parking system. Facial image recognition can be assisted by Cloud services from Amazon Image Recognition. With this service, no training data is required. The system developed is only a prototype. The developed parking system can recognize facial images and vehicle license plates with 2 cameras using the ESP32-Cam when entering and exiting the parking lot. The use of the ESP32-cam can recognize facial images both during the day and at night. The results obtained by the system can work effectively with an increase of 21 %.
