Security Constrained Unit Commitment in a Power System based on Benders Decomposition and Mixed Integer Non-linear Programming

Abstract: In deregulated power markets, Independent System Operators (ISOs) maintains adequate reserve requirement in order to respond to generation and system security constraints.
