El enfrentamiento constante al cual se someten las empresas respecto a la transformación digital en beneficio de ofrecer mejores servicios para la agilización de tareas ya sean dirigidas a los consumidores o la administración, mediante la utilización de equipos tecnológicos para el acceso a información es imperante. Por ello, la presente propuesta está centrada en promover la optimización de la infraestructura de TI actual del Cuerpo de Bomberos de la ciudad de Manta, fundamentando un modelo de enfoque de nube híbrida, la cual es una tendencia en la búsqueda de mantener sistemas de alta disponibilidad en sincronía tanto de nube pública y privada, como una combinación de soluciones. En este artículo de detalla un diseño de arquitectura bajo las condiciones que se muestran, caracterizando sus especificaciones técnicas para su posterior implementación. Palabras claves: infraestructura de TI, nube híbrida, centro de datos.

Cloud computing paved the way to many technical facilities for companies to develop their business needs in more effective and efficient manner. Combining private and public cloud into so called Hybrid cloud has made a positive leap in business by allowing applications and data to be shared among enterprises. However, many challenges and issues have arisen when adopting the hybrid cloud to manage, store and process data. The most critical one of these challenges is the security of the adopted Hybrid cloud. This research presented a comprehensive study about the security challenges in the Hybrid cloud computing as well as the suggested solutions. The study used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) process to collect, review and summarize published articles from IEEE and Springer Nature databases and between 2020 and 2021. As a result, there were 7 eligible articles selected according to the search criteria and fully reviewed. The findings have revealed that there are four main challenges which are Data Security, Access Control, Privacy, Data Leakage and Cy- ber Attacks. Future studies should be conducted using different databases to have further investigation regarding the security in Hybrid clouds.

CloudSim was used for task scheduling simulations; MoBuCon tool was used for process mining and visualisation of constraint violations; OpenStack Octavia was used in load-balancing experiments and logging; CPN Tools was used to simulate and visualise dynamics of load-balancing in a hybrid cloud and GNU Octave was used in generating the plots.
