“…As for migrant workers, the difficulty in understanding the language is an important factor in the perception of the heat risk in the workplace, our results suggest the need to implement measures specifically targeting migrants. In particular, health and safety training, taking into account language difficulties, cultural and religious aspects, should be promoted in sectors where migrants are more widely employed [12,31]. Particular attention should also be paid to encourage the use of personal protective equipment and, if possible, realized with materials that do not increase the heat perception.…”
