Abstract:Secukinumab, a fully human monoclonal antibody, is a biological agent that targets interleukin-17A. Secukinumab is used in the management of the common dermatological entity - plaque-type psoriasis and its various types, namely psoriatic arthritis, hypertrophic palmoplantar psoriasis and generalized pustular psoriasis.
