Secondary Responses of Alloantigen‐Primed Dog Lymphocytes

Abstract: The usefulness of Primed Lymphocyte Typing (PLT) for recognizing Lymphocyte Defined (LD) determinants of die Major Histocompatibility Complex of the dog (DLA) was assessed in 10 separate experiments. Application of a technique described for human cells to peripheral blood lymphocytes of dogs gave reproducible, informative results.
