Secondary Postpartum Hemorrhage Due to Retained Placenta Accreta Spectrum: A Case Report

Abstract: Background Retained products of conception and placenta accreta spectrum are causes of postpartum hemorrhage. Placenta accreta spectrum is frequently managed with cesarean hysterectomy, but conservative approaches are emerging.
