Secondary perianal Paget’s disease from adenocarcinoma of the anorectal juncture:a case report

Abstract: Background:Secondary extramammary Paget’s disease (EMPD) is a rare EMPD-like lesion deriving from the cutaneous extension of malignant cells and easy to be misdiagnosed.
