Secondary Malignancy in Giant Cell Tumor: A Single-Center Study

Abstract: Giant cell tumor of bone (GCTB) uncommonly undergoes sarcomatous transformation. Secondary malignancy in giant cell tumor (MGCT) develops at the prior treatment site, and is associated with radiotherapy and dismal prognosis.
