Abstract: This study focuses on investigating interfaces in perovskite solar cells (PSCs) fabricated by using two different deposition methods. One structure involves all-solution processing, with the photoactive layer spin-coated, and organic semiconductors for the hole and electron transporting layers (HTL and ETL).
