Abstract: Syringomyelia is a neurological condition characterized by the presence of fluid-filled cavities within the spinal cord, resulting in progressive neurological deficits. Secondary holocord syringomyelia, a rare manifestation in the entire spinal cord, is associated with spinal hemangioblastomas.
