Second primary malignancies (SPM) in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST): 10-year experience from the Ottawa Hospital (TOH).

Abstract: 11536 Background: The secondary malignancies in patients with GIST are relatively high. We present our 10-year experience of SPM in patients with GIST from a regional Cancer Centre in Canada. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was performed in all GIST patients treated at TOH between January 2011 and December 2021.
