Secagem parcial de tomate-cereja em secador de bandejas vibradas com reciclo

Abstract: Foram analisados os dados experimentais da curva e da cinética de secagem para desidratação parcial do tomate-cereja ovalado, Lycopersicum sp. Mill., e foi verificado o desempenho na aplicação de um secador em leito fixo e em leito vibrado na sua secagem.
