Abstract:This work monitored the aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in raw buffalo milk trailed in Sohag city, Egypt in different seasons. Milk samples were obtained from March to October 2021. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used as a methodology technique. The results of AFM1 presented that the highest frequency of occurrence, with a detection incidence of 85.5 % in winter samples and 78.5% in summer samples.
