These studies showed that the number of zooplankton species varied among the natural and dam lakes and rivers.…”

Environmental contaminants such as pesticides, fertilizers originating from agricultural areas have caused some environmental problems such as eutrophication, nutrient overloading, consequently a significant degradations and changes have occurred in the food chain of the lagoons (Demirkalp et al, 2004(Demirkalp et al, , 2010(Demirkalp et al, , 2017Saygı et al, 2011;Gündüz et al, 2013;Yurtkuran and Saygı, 2013). It is considered that Uzungöl Lagoon is dramatically influenced through the drainage canals project, other activities and encountered environmental problems similarly other lagoons.…”
