Estudios previos muestran que estas familias cuentan con poca información sobre el sistema o que experimentan dificultades en el uso de su plataforma (Moyano et al, 2020) y que se les solicita documentos que usualmente no tienen o que no cuentan con determinados requisitos formales (Joiko, 2023).
