Abstract: Category: Hindfoot; Trauma Introduction/Purpose: The initial management of displaced intraarticular calcaneus fractures (DIACFs) is a difficult problem. The results of open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) have been disappointing. Alternatively, ORIF with primary subtalar arthrodesis (PSTA) has gained increasing popularity.
