Screening tool for malignant bowel obstruction in relapsed, metastatic ovarian cancer

Abstract: BackgroundMalignant bowel obstruction (MBO) is a common cause of morbidity and mortality in women diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Earlier detection of MBO may improve patient outcomes.
