Screening the adequacy of hydroxychloroquine prescription and monitoring of ocular toxicity in patients with rheumatic disease

Abstract: Background: Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) an anti-inflammatory drug used in treatment of rheumatic diseases causes retinal toxicity in a minority of patients which are both time and dose dependent.
