Abstract: Chlorophyll a fluorescence, a sensitive and cost-effective probe, is widely used in photosynthetic research. Its rapid phase, occurring within 1 second under intense illumination, displays complex O-J-I-P transients, providing valuable insights into various aspects of photosynthesis.
