Screening of serum protein biomarkers in hemorrhagic cerebral infarction by surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) technology

Abstract: Background: Serum samples of patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction (HCI), cerebral infarction (CI), and healthy controls (HCs) were used to screen statistically different protein peaks as potential biomarkers and to establish a decision tree classification model.
