Screening of Mungbean (Vignaradiata L. Wilczek) Genotypes for Resistance to Mungbean Yellow Mosaic Virus under Field Condition

Abstract: Greengram [Vignaradiata(L.) Wilczek] is an economically important grain legume crop next to chickpea, pigeon pea and urad gram. Among the biotic factors, Mungbean Yellow Mosaic Virus (MYMV) is reported to be the most destructive viral diseases, which may reduce the seed quality as well as the yield losses up to 100 per cent.
