Abstract: SummaryConjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a mixture of linoleic acid isomers which have been shown to provide beneficial health effects; particularly, the isomers cis‐9, trans‐11 (c9‐t11) and trans‐10, cis‐12 (t10‐c12) are those with proven biological activity.
