Abstract:BackgroundTuberculosis is a worldwide epidemic disease, posing a serious threat to human health. To find effective drug action targets for Mycobacterium tuberculosis, differentially expressed genes in tuberculosis patients and healthy people were screened by mRNA sequencing in this study.
