Abstract:Background To analyse the antifungal active compounds in B. radicata alcohol extract, the alcohol extract was purified by column chromatography (macroporous resinD-101) and the active compounds was named as SPAF-1(the spore powder active fraction). Results Alcohol extracts and SPAF-1 were submitted to GC-MS analysis, there were two characteristic peaks(peak1 and peak2) in Gas chromatogram.
