Screening, lipA Gene Amplification and Molecular Identification of Lipolytic Fungi from Contaminated Soils

Abstract: Lipase is a glycerol ester hydrolase that hydrolyzes esters of triglycerides. This study aimed to isolate, screen and characterize lipolytic fungi with lipA gene from soil environments.
