Abstract: 567 Background: The Loyola University Chicago Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center multidisciplinary Breast Oncology Center evaluates new patients (pts) for cancer-related distress using a needs-based screening tool, in accordance with Commission on Cancer (CoC) Standard 3.2.
