Ziel dieser Stellungnahme ist es, den aktuellen Kenntnisstand zur Analytik der poly-und perfluorierten Alkylsubstanzen ( PFAS) in Trinkwasser, zum Vorkommen und zu Aufbereitungsoptionen aufzuzeigen, aber auch darzustellen, weshalb eine Befassung mit dieser Stoffgruppe -als neue Parameter der Trinkwasserverordnung (TrinkwV) -durch die Betreiber einer Wasserversorgungsanlage und die Gesundheitsämter bereits zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt anzuraten ist. Außerdem soll die Fortentwicklung der gesundheitlichen Bewertung von PFAS-Vorkommen im Trinkwasser beschrieben werden. Bezüglich der möglichen gesundheitlichen Konsequenzen von PFAS-Belastungen für den Menschen werden auf die HBM-II-Werte für Perfluoroctansäure ( PFOA) und Perfluoroctansulfon-säure ( PFOS) in Blutplasma -Stellungnahme der Kommission Human-Biomonitoring des Umweltbundesamtes [1] und auf die FAQ-Liste des Bundesinstitutes für Risikobewertung ( BfR) vom 21. September 2020 [2] verwiesen.
Grenzwerte in der TrinkwasserverordnungAm 24. Juni 2023 ist die TrinkwV in Kraft getreten, die erstmalig Grenzwerte für Stoffe aus der Gruppe der PFAS als Parameter enthält [3]. Damit wurde die EU-Trinkwasserrichtlinie (Richtlinie ( EU) 2020/2184, hier Abk. TW-RL) umgesetzt, in der ein Parameterwert von 0,10 µg/l 1 für die Summe der Konzentra-1 0,10 µg/l der TW-RL entspricht 0,000 10 mg/l laut TrinkwV oder 100 ng/l in wissenschaftlichen Darstellungen.
