Abstract: Background This study aims to screen and validation of prospective gene signatures for lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) prognosis and treatment.Methods The immune-related genes (IRGs) were obtained from the cancer genome atlas (TCGA) dataset where a total of 535 LUAD and 59 control samples were included.
