“…Regarding the production of hydrolytic enzymes, ∼58% of the isolates were amylase producers, 63% cellulases and 47.69% proteases. The secretion of these enzymes in the environment can play a fundamental role in plant growth by promoting the cycling of organic matter in the soil ( Choubane et al, 2016 ). In the case of canga soils, which are reported to have low fertility, these isolates may be of crucial importance in the cycling of essential nutrients for the maintenance of the plants.…”
