“…[ 10,28,44 ] In 2 O 3 films with ultrathin and smooth surfaces were produced via a sol‐gel method, and then high‐quality VOPc films were vacuum deposited on the metal oxide surfaces via a molecular template method. [ 28,44,46‐49 ] High‐ quality organic–inorganic heterostructures are obtained and demonstrate fairly good performance as ambipolar transistors and inverters.
