Abstract:SMARCB1 (INI1) is one of the switch/sucrose nonfermentable (SWI/SNF) complexes whose loss is associated with several tumors. SMARCB1 (INI1)‐deficient intrathoracic neoplasms are extremely rare and known to be highly malignant and lethal.
