Abstract:Leucine aminoacyl tRNA‐synthetase 1 (LARS1)‐deficiency (infantile liver failure syndrome type 1 (ILFS1)) has a multisystemic phenotype including fever‐associated acute liver failure (ALF), chronic neurologic abnormalities, and encephalopathic episodes.
