Markov Modeling in Reliability

Abstract: We present an overview of evaluating the reliability of the complex systems with Markov modeling. In this article, the definition of reliability and the description of basic reliability models are given. Markov models are discussed in detail and illustrations are provided to explain the technique of Markov modeling.
