LncRNA Miat knockdown protects against pirarubicin‐induced cardiotoxicity by targeting miRNA‐129‐1‐3p

Abstract: Pirarubicin (THP) is a widely used antitumor drug in clinical practice, but its cardiotoxicity limits its use. The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effect and mechanism of knockdown of lncRNA Miat in THP‐induced cardiotoxicity. The extent of damage to immortalized cardiomyocytes in mice was assessed by CCK8, TUNEL, ROS, Ca2+, RT‐qPCR, and Western blot.
