Snippet iCoplaninTeicoplanin (Sanofi-aventis, Guildford, UK) can be dissolved in water quickly and without foaming by placing the ampoule on the screen of an iPhone on to which a free continuous vibration app (e.g. iVibe Massager Lite; see https://itunes.ap ple.com/gb/app/ivibe-massager-lite/id 466754591?mt=8) has been downloaded. This method leaves the anaesthetist free to continue with other activities, and produces less foaming than with previously reported vibrators [1] .
