Abstract: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder of the brain and is manifested by motor and non‐motor symptoms because of degenerative changes in dopaminergic neurons of the substantia nigra. PD neuropathology is associated with mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative damage and apoptosis.
