Abstract: Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is a rare multisystem disorder, included in the spectrum of the antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) associated vasculitides. There are heterogeneous clinical features and a lack of consensus in standardized diagnostic criteria, with an underappreciation of eosinophilic manifestations.
