Scoping Review of Breastfeeding Mothers' Efforts to Increase Breast Milk Production

Abstract: Breast milk is a natural nutrition passed down from the mother to the infant that benefits both the breastfeeding mother and the baby. Scientific research on the benefits of nursing for mothers and newborns has heightened the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life.
