SCN9A rs6746030 Polymorphism and Pain Perception in Combat Athletes and Non-Athletes

Abstract: One of the genes associated with pain perception is SCN9A, which encodes an α-subunit of the voltage gated sodium channel, NaV1.7, a crucial player in peripheral pain sensation.
