Scleroderma-like Disease Due to Diffuse Monosodium Urate Crystal Deposition

Abstract: Scleroderma-like disease is defined as fibrosis of the skin caused by certain chemicals, drugs, environmental factors, or metabolic abnormalities, which manifests as scleroderma-like changes.1,2However, large deposits of urate crystals in the skin and subcutaneous fascial tissue causing scleroderma-like disease have not been reported in the literature.
