Scimitar Syndrome—Complex Surgical Revision 3 Decades After Repair

Abstract: We present a case of a 39-year-old woman with scimitar syndrome who had a 2-patch repair 3 decades previously and presented with a right-to-left shunt of the inferior vena cava (IVC) to the left atrium resulting from baffle dehiscence. We discuss details of our reoperative repair.
