В исследовании О. Кивинена (O. Kivinen), Й. Хедмана (J. Hedman) и К. Артукка (K. Artukka) [2] показано, что, помимо поддержки авторов своего университета, журналы могут оказывать влияние на результаты оценки вузов с точки зрения уровня их продуктивности, особенно в контексте конкурентной борьбы за высокие места в глобальных рейтингах. Отметим, что в различных рейтингах университетов весовые значения библиометрических показателей оцениваются по-разному: в рейтинге QS World University Rankings (QS) они составляют 20 % от итоговой оценки, тогда как в рейтингах National Taiwan University Ranking (NTU Ranking) и University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) библиометрические индикаторы являются основными и имеют вес 100 %.…”
