The rapid globalization and integration of science-based information technologies have led to continuous transformation, significantly impacting socio-cultural processes. The presented concept of information space development focuses primarily on communication processes. This article aims to analyse the possibilities of technology in creating unique scientific communication within the modern information space. During the research, general methods such as generalization, comparison, systematization, abstraction, analysis, synthesis, and specification were employed. The study revealed the current stage of information society development and outlined trends in modern scientific communication models. The structure of scientific communication in the information space, which combines professional and personal components, is substantiated. The text focuses on identifying the characteristics and functionality of electronic publications within innovative technologies. It considers specific aspects of new and transformed existing variations of scientific communication in the context of digital optimization processes. The issue of the life cycle of electronic resources is also investigated. The article identifies vectors for improving scientific communication processes, focusing on quality information, digital and intercultural components of the communication process. It establishes that the optimization of scientific communication in the information space is necessary due to the specific requirements of forming a unique text based on the principles of honesty and originality.

Наукові дослідження формують підґрунтя для удосконалення практичної діяльності, що визначає важливість ефективної їх організації. У свою чергу, наукові дослідження у сфері менеджменту внаслідок складності об’єкта дослідження передбачають формування відповідної методології, одним з компонентів якої є комунікація. У статті визначено поняття та особливості комунікації, запропоновано структуру системи комунікацій у сфері наукових досліджень в менеджменті, до складу якої віднесено наукову комунікацію, комунікацію із замовниками / користувачами результатів дослідження, комунікацію з метою одержання інформації. Визначено, що усі комунікаційні процеси у наукових дослідженнях доцільно класифікувати за сукупністю ознак, що сприятиме раціональному управлінню комунікаціями. Розглянуті комунікативні аспекти наукових досліджень у сфері менеджменту формують підґрунтя для підвищення ефективності та результативності процесів наукового пізнання.

Мета публікації полягає у висвітленні ролі Центрального державного кінофотофоноархіву України імені Г. С. Пшеничного у процесі наукової й професійної комунікацій у контексті розвитку української архівознавчої науки і практики. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу участі співробітників архіву у формальній науково-практичній комунікації, зокрема презентації їхнього доробку на шпальтах науково-практичного журналу «Архіви України», характеристиці векторів науково-професійного пошуку. Методи дослідження. Підґрунтям дослідження є теоретичні розробки та концепції вітчизняних і зарубіжних науковців у галузі соціальної, наукової й професійної комунікацій. Робота проведена із використанням загальнонаукових методів аналізу і синтезу на підставі системного підходу, принципів історизму та об'єктивності. При висвітленні теми також були застосовані хронологічний, структурно-типологічний, проблемно-тематичний, жанрово-видовий методи. Наукова новизна статті полягає у з'ясуванні значення ЦДКФФА України імені Г. С. Пшеничного у формальній науково-професійній комунікації і його впливу на розвиток аудіовізуального архівознавства та архівних практик зі збереження аудіовізуальної спадщини. Висновки. ЦДКФФА України імені Г. С. Пшеничного є важливим суб'єктом соціокультурної й науково-професійної сфери та активним учасником професійної й наукової комунікацій. Дослідження засвідчило, що наукові й науково-методичні праці його співробітників відіграли значну роль у виробленні науково-методичних, фахових засад зберігання і використання аудіовізуальної спадщини нашої держави.
