The implementation of school drive programs still needs to be improved. This study discusses the challenges and strategies involved in implementing the Activator School Program. In this study, mixed-methods research was used. The study included six principals and thirty elementary school teachers from Surakarta, Indonesia. To collect data for this study, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation were used. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics for quantitative analysis. Meanwhile, for qualitative analysis, the research used the Miles and Huberman method, that is, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study include the challenges and obstacles to the implementation of the activator school program, educators' inability to control teachers' level of digital technology mastery, a lack of socialization related to the curriculum of the activator school program, and an lack of educational facilities that support the activator school program. Strategies to ensure that the implementation of the activator school program runs smoothly include socialization and assistance to teachers and principals regarding the programs, curriculum, improvement and mentoring of teachers in mastering digital technology, particularly information and technology mastery, provision of adequate facilities for schools serving as the activator school program, and enhancement of educational quality.

Program Sekolah Penggerak merupakan penyempurnaan program transformasi satuan pendidikan yang berfokus pada pengembangan hasil belajar peserta didik secara holistik mencakup kompetensi (literasi dan numerasi) dan karakter, diawali dengan SDM yang unggul (kepala sekolah dan guru). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak dalam Kebijakan Pendidikan Merdeka Belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa implementasi sekolah penggerak SD Latihan YBBSU Balikpapan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan lima bentuk intervensi pemerintah. Intervensi pada dasarnya menjadi bentuk penguatan kapasitas pada level individu, organisasi dan sistemik untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan. Tantangan pelaksanaan program ini adalah penguatan kapasitas dalam level sistemik dan SDM sekolah. Faktor pendukung SD Latihan YBBSU Balikpapan, yaitu aset geografis, aset SDM, pemerintah daerah dan pemerintah pusat.

This research aims to discuss the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile strengthening Project (P5) in Sekolah Penggerak in North Kalimantan. A qualitative approach was conducted. The participants were the senior high school teachers involving in Sekolah Penggerak in Sebatik and Nunukan. Field observations, documents, and interviews were employed for data collection. The findings showed that there were 3-4 themes taught in one academic year, the implementation of differentiated learning, the use of digital devices for classroom activities optimization, the singing habituation of the Pancasila Student Song every morning, and the use of a diagnostic assessment prior to the implementation of the P5 began. However, considering a small number of schools involving in Sekolah Penggerak program in North Kalimantan, the other schools, which are not involved in the program, have no full access to understand the operational curriculum of Sekolah Penggerak (KOSP) and get difficulty in implementing the P5 independently.
