School Leadership Development Process and Its Implementations in Public Secondary Schools of Bale Zone, Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to assess School leadership development process and is implementations in Oromia regional state Bale zone public secondary schools. To achieve this purpose, a survey research design, in focus, was used. Both probability and non-probability sampling techniques were used to select participants from various groups.
