This research, which aims to examine the classroom management skills of preschool teachers with cross-sectional screening method, is a descriptive study. Typical case sampling method, one of the purposeful sampling methods, was used in the research. According to this study, 110 pre-school teachers, who are working in schools close to the city average level, class sizes, parents' socio-economic status and education levels in Erzurum province participated in the study in the spring term of 2018-2019 academic year. In the study "personal information form and classroom management skill level scale" was used as data collection tool. Descriptive and predictive statistics were used to analyze the data. As a result, it was found that the classroom management skills of preschool teachers did not differ significantly according to the age, position, education level, income level and age of the students in the classroom. However, it was determined that preschool teachers' classroom management skills differed significantly according to their marital status, professional seniority and the number of students in the classroom.
