Scholarly Journal Publishing Forums in Tanzania Universities:

Abstract: The paper provides insights into scholarly journal publishing forums in Tanzania universities. It contextualises the current state of scholarly publishing and factors militating them in addition to providing possible palliatives for addressing them.
