Scholarly communication through institutional repositories: proposing a practical model

Abstract: Purpose -Recognizing that the nature of research and scholarly communication is changing rapidly, an institutional repository (IR) is a tool for collecting, storing, accessing and disseminating scholarly communication within and without the institutions.
