Abstract:Eine leptomeningeale Karzinomatose entwickelte sich bei einer Patientin höheren Alters, die wegen eines nicht-kleinzelligen Bronchialkarzinoms mit Tyrosinkinasehemmer-sensitiver Mutation des epidermalen Wachstumsfaktor-Rezeptor-Gens mit Afatinib in Standarddosierung behandelt wurde; die extrakraniellen Läsionen waren durch diese Behandlung unter Kontrolle.
